Services

LockndLoaded. provides locksmith services for residential, commercial, and vehicle properties. Our services include lock installation, repair, unlocking, key duplication, and related services. We aim to deliver high-quality, professional service to all our clients.

Service Availability

We strive to offer timely service; however, availability is subject to scheduling, location, and other external factors. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer if circumstances prevent safe or lawful completion of the work.

Pricing & Payment

• Quotes: All service fees are provided as estimates. Final charges may vary depending on the complexity and duration of the job.

• Payment: Payments are required upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other authorized payment methods.

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel a service appointment, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a service charge.

Customer Responsibilities

• Property Access: The customer must provide accurate and timely access to the property or vehicle requiring service. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

• Authorization: By engaging our services, the customer confirms that they have the legal right and authority to request locksmith work on the property or vehicle.

• Suitability of Property: Customers are responsible for ensuring their property or vehicle is in a suitable condition for locksmith services. Lock & Loaded Ltd. is not responsible for any unforeseen structural or mechanical issues that arise during or after service completion.

Liability Disclaimer

LockndLoaded aims to provide professional and efficient locksmith services. However, we do not accept liability for any unforeseen or hidden damages that may occur during or after the service, including but not limited to:

• Structural damage to doors, frames, or locks.

• Mechanical damage to windows, doors, or vehicle components.

• Damage due to pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or other vulnerabilities.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. It is recommended that customers inspect their property or vehicle for any vulnerable areas before service is performed.

Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our locksmith services, covering workmanship defects for up to 30 days after the service date. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or pre-existing conditions. We aim to deliver high-quality locksmith services for all property types, including homes, businesses, and vehicles, with utmost professionalism. However, we do not accept liability for any potential or hidden damages that may occur during or after the service, including but not limited to structural or mechanical damages to doors, locks, windows, or vehicle components. By using our services, you acknowledge that any unforeseen damages, whether to your property or vehicle, are not the responsibility of the locksmith. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their property or vehicle is in a suitable condition for locksmith work, and we recommend inspecting any vulnerable areas prior to service
